Based on precise and fast air pressure adaptive adjustment, combined with automatic control of the robot arm and high-sensitivity photoelectric liquid level monitoring system, and with a unique multi-layer flexible biochip, it can avoid rapid cross-contamination of samples while achieving fast and stable sample processing. The 30 μl starting sample can form more than 20,000 microdroplets in 2 minutes with an effective droplet ratio of 95%.
