The annual gaming beast of the year returns as ASUS ROG Malaysia officially reveals the ROG Phone 6 series devices together with all the fancy accessories to go with them.

Let’s start by examining the back. The rear camera module on the ROG Phone 6 is now noticeably larger than the ROG Phone 5 while the mesh pattern is replaced with simple lines and decals. The Aura RGB on the back is still there but instead of permeating through a transparent layer directly, the ROG Phone 6’s cutout is done within a black area so the light can be shined and reflected at a better contrast.

Delivering a more advanced control and sensitivity, AirTrigger 6 is now better than ever with all the ultrasonic sensors fully supporting various gestures like Dual Action, Press, Lift, and Gyroscope Aiming seamlessly. For the audio part, a symmetrical 7-magnet dual speaker fires forward to give a loud and clear signal and if you need to be loud within a quiet area, the 3.5mm is here to serve you too. Optimized by Swedish audio pioneer Dirac featuring the Dirac Virtuo spatial audio solution, both devices easily produce immersive and crisp sound no matter how.

Needless to say, the computing hardware is nothing but the very best which is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 with lots of RAM and storage.

For the Pro though, the main upgrade actually lies mainly on the RAM which is 18GB in this model and ROG has since given this sort of treatment towards yearly Pro models years ago. But raw memory isn’t the only thing because the backside has a little color panel, the ROG Vision to display your favorite static or moving preset pictures, or custom GIFs.

Following a new yearly release of ROG Phone are of course a bunch of newly improved accessories such as the AeroActive Cooler 6 now running an AI-powered thermoelectric cooler that is super bright and super performance for up to a sharp 25°C decrease in surface temperature to let you game with comfort and without thermal throttling.

There are a couple of new ROG audio solutions like the ROG Delta S Core, a light-weight wired headset at just 270g for minimal force upon the scalp, and the Delta S Wireless debuting dual connection mode within the ROG family for the first time highlighted by its 2.4GHz + Bluetooth Mode connection mode plus the AI Beamforming Microphones with AI Noise Cancellation.

Meanwhile, the ROG Cetra lineup welcomes two new members which are the Cetra True Wireless and Cetra True Wireless Pro. Starting with the former, it is a straight-up TWS designed for gaming with low latency and perhaps some good old music vibing as well. The special sauce lies within the Pro model where it is a TWS in its base form but you can a couple of extra “holder” thingy to make it into a wired USB-C connection in case you really need it. That’s not all as it also contains an ESS 9280 Quad DAC to deliver high-quality audio into your ear and the usual AI Noise Cancelling mic to go with it.

An official phone case kind of product made in collaboration with DEVILCASE that provides anti-shock protection will be the most suitable companion to take one for the team.

And yes, the Kunai 3 now comes in full White that every fan out there is requesting. The Black one is still here to stay though so no worries.
